Gluten free banana bread w/ walnuts, makes 2 loaves


mash 5 medium Naners set aside

Wet Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cup avocado oil ( or neutral tasting oil)
1 cup whole milk plain yogurt
1 1/2 cups sugar

Dry Ingredients
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups Bobs Redmill 1 to 1 Gluten free flour
1 cup almond flour ( I use Costco)
1/2 cup P and G Gluten free whole grain flour

Wet:
Cream together eggs, oil, and sugar. Add Yogurt then Naners.

Dry:
Mix flours, salt, and baking powder

Slowing add dry ingredients to wet until well combined. Add 1 Cup raw Walnuts.

Grease 2 standard loaf pans with butter, fill equally. Bake at 350 for 50 -60 min. Check at the 50 min mark with the tooth pick test.
